Great Effects, try to work on easing a bit more and most of the animation is very stiff make remember to move all the joints in 1 frame so that it will look very professional

yeah that can be hard what i am doing now is movement trailing where you try to put somthing like if you move his arm then put his hand or wrist into the onion skin or near
