I've noticed people, more specifically normal members make topics here. I'm sorry to say but making topics here are restricted to the Staff here. Even us(Global Moderators) are only allowed to make Announcements if really necessary.

And also I will try to make or get someone to make New Smileys. :D

Cody: If a non staff member wants to make an announcement, put it in the general chat. :P
