I liked the flash effect, but you need to make more to your animation before I can say much. It was a little choppy though

i just changed the colors in 3 frames and on one frame i didint,and just like that is easy xD

yes you ca make a stick to cover the background and change thats color and in pivot 3 you can use multiple backgrounds

Low-med beg. It's stiff,unrealistic,not really eased, the flash effects are too common, not really eased, the movements aren't smooth and aren't fluid. Work on those and try effects, camera movements and some basic fluid movement.
