That's SOMEWHAT it should like. Just better.

He should be in a charging position. and get a few particles roughlt on the outline of his body. Make them any desired colour. I don't care.

Remember to ease the charger. And move the particles slightly. Remember to onion skin them, because we're not making them go super heavy spaced. - yet!
Okay- so keep easing the particles until... frame 3-4 depends on how much power ya want. then we add static on frame 3/4.

So you want him crouching low now, preparing to jump. Particles are now quite a bit far away from him make one or two stray particles the strong colour- his special power-up- to show he's getting heated.. And make two statics.

Make a flash.
6;
He should now be in the air- jumping. Quite a few proper power particles- more statics and, yeah.
I'm not gonna spoon feed you, come up with your own ideas- and powerups. It'd be great in animations once you learn how. Plus- listen to some heavy music to express some power.
Suggestions to use:Make him use a beam with his powered energy by focusing his energy to the beam. Use Severe's beam tutorial.
Make him pound the ground and make loads of cracks, where he falls through to a beam fight.
Or just make him stand up and walk along like nothing ever happened :3
