1.Saving a GIF (PIVOT 2!)

NOTE: Some people recomend unticking the palette box, to avoid GIF rape.

2. Easing.

Easing is the spacing between each frame.
Like so:

Easing is vital in Pivot.

3. Fading.

This is the most simple form of fading in Pivot:
Start of with a black figure:

Then make him gray:

Then a lighter gray:

Then white/delete.
Finished product:

4. Making an interesting animation.

Nobody wants to see boring black and white animations with no background, unless the animation itself is amazing. So in order to make your animation more eye catching and fun to watch add some colours and backgrounds and people will like them more.

5. Making a base.

Another way to make cool animations is using cool bases instead of the default base. So I'm going to teach how to make good base.
1. Make a back, I recommend using 2-3 joints.
2. Make arms. In a realistic base th arms will reach to half way down the top of the stick's legs.
3. Make a head. Never make big heads, they look stupid and are hard to use.
4. Add legs. Make sure the legs are longer than the arms.
A good base will turn out like this:

6. Stiffness.

Making sure your animations aren't stiff is vital. And the best way to do that is move every joint in every frame, unless they are standing still. But while doing this you have to make sure that the movements are realistic and are going the right way.
Example of stiff:

See how the back joint stays still and the arms don't move. Try to avoid animating like that.

sorry,but,i think this kind of tutortials are bad.You see,you are a beginner(So am i)And beginner`s are beginner`s cuz they make errors.Maybe you should wait till you get intermediate and then post a tutorials.Beginner`s can`t do a tutorial for beginner`s.Except for how to use pivot.Sorry if i offended you.

Defnately add a part o heavy easing, not many tuts use it. I only found it out about a week ago.

I just remembered something, un-checkthe platelete box when saving a gif, it will make your custom colors show up and help avoid gif-rape. :O_O:

Your tutorial is good but,
Your example of easing isn't great.
